Janna Dautel has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Janna started their career as a Student Trainee in the Human Resources Department of mission<one> GmbH in 2012. Following this, they worked as a Student Trainee in the Legal Department of Nuvisan GmbH and later as an Intern in Social Media Marketing at National Instruments Germany GmbH. In 2014, they interned in Online Marketing/SEO for SchlagerPlanet.com at shobbits GmbH. Janna then joined Nuvisan GmbH again as a Student Trainee in the Legal Department. Janna further expanded their skills by working as a Bachelor Thesis Webdesign/UX Design at Hochschule Coburg. Janna then joined Hilti Germany and worked on a Master Thesis and later as a Hilti Master Student in Marketing/Sales. In 2017, they became the Manager of Corporate Affairs at Kathrein Group. Janna then moved on to work as a Commercial Trainer at Ericsson, where they were responsible for training and vocational training marketing. Janna'smost recent role is Head of Marketing & Communications at KIEFEL GmbH.

Janna Dautel obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Information Management and Corporate Communications from Hochschule Neu-Ulm in the years 2011 to 2015. Janna then pursued a Master of Arts degree in Marketing/Sales/Media at Technische Hochschule Ingolstadt from 2015 to 2017. In 2014, Janna also participated in an international management and business program at Budapest Business University for a semester. Prior to their higher education, they completed a Personnel Service Agent program at Baur Versand GmbH & Co. KG and briefly attended University of Applied Sciences Coburg for business administration in 2007 to 2008.
