Jawad Dastgeer has extensive experience in operations and customer service within the telecommunications and education sectors. Currently serving as Operations Manager and Customer Support Manager at Brains & Motion Education since July 2021, Jawad previously held positions such as Customer Service Supervisor at Navaida Solutions and Sales Executive at IBEX from September 2019 to December 2021. Additionally, Jawad worked as Outsource Operation Manager at Initial Solutions and Project Manager at Telus Network, managing call center operations focused on the Canadian and US markets. Education was completed at Punjab School Education Board from 2009 to 2012.
