Laeana Rodriguez has extensive experience in educational settings, currently serving as a Teacher's Assistant at The Hagedorn Little Village School since January 2016, where responsibilities include supporting instructional activities, assisting children with special needs, and developing IEP plans. Additionally, Laeana has worked as a Teacher at Kidville since September 2013, creating developmentally appropriate lesson plans and conducting enrichment classes.
