Sian Rider began their career in 2012 as an Events Assistant at Theme Traders. In 2015, they were promoted to Project Manager at the same company. In 2019, they moved to KidsKnowBest as a Strategy Director, Creative Strategist, and Account Manager. During their time at KidsKnowBest, they were responsible for providing invaluable insights and creating relevant content for their clients.

Sian Rider attended The Broxbourne School from 2004 to 2011 and then Leeds Beckett University from 2011 to 2015, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Events Management.
