Henry Smith II has extensive experience in IT support, currently serving as a Senior Manager in Help Desk at Kids2 since October 2012. Previous roles at Kids2 include Manager of Help Desk and Desktop Support Specialist, where responsibilities involved creating and maintaining computer images for Windows and Mac OS, managing user accounts in Microsoft Active Directory and custom applications, and troubleshooting varied hardware and software issues. Before joining Kids2, Henry served as a Presentation Manager at AMC Theatres from October 2001 to August 2011. Education was completed at Clayton State University.
