Oliver Vaidis, CPA, currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Finance at Kids Spot, overseeing the accounting team, finance, payroll, and accounts payable after a promotion from VP of Finance. Prior experience includes roles at DAS Health as Director of Finance, where Vaidis facilitated the company’s sale to a new investor group, and Controller, focusing on accounting operations and financial reporting. Earlier positions at Kerkering Barberio and Informa involved management of accounting functions, journal entries, and financial analysis. Vaidis holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of South Florida Sarasota Manatee, and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Mercer University.
