Michelle Nicolet is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Kids In Nutrition, where contributions include the development of a sustainable education model aimed at enhancing food literacy and access for at-risk youth. This role encompasses the design of age-appropriate and culturally relevant nutrition and sustainability curricula. Prior experience includes participation in the Food Systems Game Changers Lab at Thought For Food and serving as an Operations Assistant at the Consortium of Universities for Global Health. Michelle Nicolet holds a Bachelor of Science in Biopsychology from UC Santa Barbara and is currently pursuing a Food as Medicine Essentials degree at the American College of Lifestyle Medicine.
