Katherine Krassilnikoff has a diverse work experience in legal and youth advocacy organizations. Katherine started their career as an Assistant to the President & CEO at the San Jose Giants from 2006 to 2010. Katherine then worked as a Facilitator at Fresh Lifelines for Youth (FLY) from August 2010 to June 2011. In 2012, they served as a Law Clerk at the American Civil Liberties Union of Puerto Rico for two months. In 2013, they joined Centro de Ayuda Legal para Inmigrantes (CALI) as a Legal Intern and later became an Immigration Attorney until 2016. Katherine then joined Kids in Need of Defense (KIND) in 2016 as a Pro Bono Coordinating Attorney and gradually progressed to roles such as Senior Pro Bono Coordinating Attorney, Senior Attorney, Supervising Attorney, and Managing Attorney. Katherine'scurrent role at KIND is Deputy Director, Pro Bono Partnerships.
Katherine Krassilnikoff attended Santa Clara University School of Law from 2010 to 2013, where they earned a J.D. degree with a Public Interest and Social Justice Certificate. Katherine also obtained a BS degree in Marketing from Santa Clara University Leavey School of Business. In 2013, Katherine obtained the California Bar Admission from the State Bar of California.
