Rhodes W. Scott is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and recruitment, currently serving as the Director of Recruiting at Kids Dental Brands since August 2017. With a focus on supporting pediatric dentistry and orthodontics practices across multiple states, Rhodes plays a vital role in facilitating efficient administrative operations and enhancing patient care. Prior to this, Rhodes held leadership positions in talent acquisition at Aspen Dental and Essex Bargain Hunt Superstores, as well as managerial roles at Results Medical Staffing and Life Care Centers of America. An alumnus of the University of Mississippi, Rhodes earned a BBA in Management from the School of Business Administration.
