Katri-Maria Sullivan's work experience includes being a Project Manager at HEI Schools Australia since July 2020, and previously working as Business Development and Training for Australia at Kide Science starting from January 2019. Prior to that, they were an Early Childhood Educator and Director at Birch Tree Family Daycare from January 2014 to December 2018.

Katri-Maria Sullivan attended Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences from 2006 to 2009, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Tourism and Travel Services Management.
