Ayed Algwinm is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple sectors, including government and corporate environments. Currently serving as a Board Member at Kidana Development Company since November 2023, Ayed previously held the position of Deputy Minister for Hajj Affairs at the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah until October 2024 and was Deputy Minister for Customer Service and Branches at the Ministry of Commerce in Saudi Arabia from March 2020 to March 2023. Experience at Sadara Chemical Company included roles such as Director of Strategy & Planning and Enterprise PMO Manager, where responsibilities encompassed strategic advisory, project management, and cross-functional integration within one of the world's largest petrochemical plants. Additional prior roles involved advisory responsibilities and project management at various organizations. Ayed holds a BEng in Engineering and Management from the University of Bradford and has further studies in academic English from the University of Cambridge.
