Ali S. Al Fardan currently serves as the Senior Director of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) at Kidana Development Company, a position held since August 2023, where responsibilities include leading the design and implementation of GRCC strategic objectives. Prior experience includes roles as Governance, Compliance & Investor Relations Manager and Board Secretary at NAMA Chemicals Company, as well as Corporate Finance Specialist at Farabi Petrochemicals. Ali has also held various positions in human resources, training coordination, and office management, beginning with a trainee role in hospitality management at INTER-CONTINENTAL HOTELS CORPORATION. Ali S. Al Fardan earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from King Faisal University between 2012 and 2016.
