Helen Almond is an experienced professional with a strong background in customer service and inside sales management. Since June 2012, Helen has served as the Customer Service / Inside Sales Manager at KICTeam Europe Ltd. Prior roles include Customer Service Co-ordinator at Weska B.V. and Business Development Co-ordinator at Contico Continental Europe & Osprey Deepclean Nederland. Helen also worked as a Customer Service Co-ordinator at Sorex International and as an Export Co-ordinator at Network Pest Control. Helen holds a PGCE in Education from the University of Liverpool and a Bachelor of Arts in French and German from The University of Salford.
