Barbara R. is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in branding and marketing across various sectors. As Managing Partner at Brand Essence AG since June 2015, Barbara specializes in consulting for brand development and personal branding coaching. Barbara also lectures on Personal Branding and Storytelling at ETH Zürich. In addition, Barbara serves as the Head of Business Development at Stäger Packaging Group and provides branding and marketing expertise as a Member of the Advisory Board for Bax Capital, as well as an advisor for Kickstart Accelerator and RUNWAY Startup Incubator. Previous roles include Global Head of Corporate Brand Identity at Zurich Insurance and Head of Brand Strategy at Chevrolet Europe, complemented by an MBA from Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Science from Kettering University.
