Andrea Bianchi is a Senior Program Manager at Kickstart Innovation, where responsibilities include the planning, coordination, and execution of intrapreneurship programs, as well as supporting partners in defining innovation opportunities in HR and corporate learning. Previously, Bianchi served as a House Manager at Woko Studentische Wohngenossenschaft Zürich, managing tenant relations and administrative tasks, and gained experience as an Office Assistant at Mondays AG and a Valet at KTNM Concepts Sàrl. Bianchi holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and Environmental Studies from the University of Zurich and completed a summer course in Innovation and Lean Change Management.
