Samir Ranjan Bhowmik has a range of experience in finance operations and workforce management. Samir Ranjan started as a Process Analyst at Renault Nissan Technology Business Centre India from 2012 to 2015. In 2016, they interned at Groupe Renault for HR Data Management. In 2017, they had another internship at Groupe Renault for digital supply chain transformation, where they completed strategic workforce planning project and played a vital role in enhancing HR data quality and budget follow-up reporting. In 2017, they worked as a Resources Coordinator at Manpower, and in 2018, as a Workforce/ Workload Analyst and Cost Controller at Alinda Technologies. From 2019 to 2021, they worked as a Workforce, Workload Analyst & Budget Controller and Cost Manager at Capgemini Engineering. Currently, Samir is working as a Financial Controller at Kickmaker from June 2023.

Samir Ranjan Bhowmik obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting and Finance from Madras Christian College in 2012. From 2015 to 2017, they pursued a master's degree in Langues, Affairs et Management Europeen from Université d'Orléans. Additionally, they obtained various certifications including Six Sigma Black Belt Certification, Six Sigma Green Belt Certification, and Complete SQL Mastery from different institutions. In 2020 and 2021, they also obtained several certifications from LinkedIn in areas such as Managing Virtual Teams, Productivity Tips, and Remote Work Foundations.
