Sami Karras is an experienced entrepreneur and franchisee with a diverse background in the food and service industries. Since September 2018, Sami has served as the Founder and Owner of Kickin'Inn Australia, specializing in seafood dishes presented with a variety of flavorful sauces. Additionally, Sami has been a Franchisee at Hungry Jack's® Australia Pty Ltd since November 2001. Previous ventures include ownership of Sydney Best Car Wash and bp, as well as serving in the Australian Army as a Lance Corporal, earning an Honourable Discharge. Sami holds a Restaurant Analysis & Profit Summary Diploma from Université Claude Bernard Lyon 1.
