Justin Roberts began their career in 2004 as a Human Resources professional at KBC Bank Ireland. In 2005, they joined ADP as a Senior District Manager. In 2007, they Co-Founded BayPoint Benefits, an Employee Benefits Insurance Brokerage/Consulting Firm. In 2008, they joined BayKids Studios as a Board of Directors member. In 2011, they joined Inner City Advisors as a Portfolio Advisor. In 2013, they Co-Founded DoubleDesk Technologies, a technology company focusing on HR/Employee Benefits Administration. In 2015, DoubleDesk was acquired and renamed Decisely, and Roberts became the Executive Vice President of Operations & Strategy. In 2017, they Co-Founded Kickfin, the only instant tip distribution software. Brands like Marco’s Pizza, Applebee’s and Walk-On’s use Kickfin to send cashless tip payments straight to their employees' bank accounts.

Justin Roberts received their High School diploma from Mankato West in 1998. Justin then attended South Central College, where they earned an Associate's Degree in Business, Sales & Marketing in 2000. Justin then attended California State University, Chico, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Communication & Human Resources in 2004.
