Leonard Sheiba has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the technology industry. Leonard is most recently the CTO and Founder of Veriken, a position they have held since September 2021. Prior to this, they founded and served as CEO of Kibernetika.AI since November 2016. In 2020, they founded Puppets World Inc., where they also held the role of CEO until September 2021.

Before their work at Veriken, Leonard was the CEO and Founder of 3 Play Networks from 2005 to 2020. Leonard also served as the VP of Product Development at Mirantis in 2016 and founded CloudTRACK from 2015 to 2016. Earlier in their career, Leonard was the CTO and Founder of Virtana (former Load DynamiX) from 2008 to 2015.

Leonard began their career as a Consultant at Spirent Communications in 2001 and went on to found ThinkingVOICE Networks in the same year, where they served as Founder, President, and CTO until 2005. In 2000, Leonard worked as a Principal Engineer at Epiphany Inc.

Throughout their career, Leonard has held leadership positions and founded multiple companies, showcasing their entrepreneurial drive and expertise in the technology sector.

Leonard Sheiba pursued a Master of Science degree in Physics at the St. Petersburg School of Electrical Engineering in Russia. However, the specific duration of their education or the year they enrolled in the program is unknown.
