Yaren Berfin KeleÅŸ is a seasoned Talent Management and Development professional with a strong background in the tech industry. Currently serving as a Senior Specialist at Kibar Holding since July 2021, Yaren has progressed through various roles within the company, focusing on talent management and employer branding initiatives. Prior to this, Yaren worked as a Jr. Talent Partner at LookUp, where engagement with fast-growing tech companies was emphasized. Additionally, Yaren gained leadership experience as the Incoming Global Talent Team Leader at AIESEC Ä°stanbul, managing interview processes and company relationships. Yaren holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Istanbul University, completed in 2022.
