Raed Matti is an experienced Business Analyst currently working at QiCard since February 2023, specializing in comprehensive business analysis, workflow design, and process documentation. Previously, Raed served as an IDMS Team Member focusing on project execution and creating detailed workflows, along with a position as a Customer Care Officer at ZainCash, where exceptional customer service was prioritized. Raed's earlier roles include an ID Management Executive responsible for data entry and badge printing at Uruk University and an Administrative Assistant in the Dean's office of the College of Engineering. Raed holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Baghdad College of Economic Sciences University and is pursuing a Master's degree in Computer Science at Al-Nahrain University.
