Mayen Ravikumar is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in talent management and human resources across various companies. Currently serving as Senior Manager Talent (APAC) at Khoros since January 2021, Mayen has also held positions such as Manager Talent - APAC and Lead Talent Engagement Partner - APAC. Prior to Khoros, Mayen worked at Synamedia as HR Lead- People Data Scientist and at Finastra as Lead Global HR Business Partner. Earlier career roles include HR Business Partner at Target, Associate Human Resources at Swiss Re, and Executive Human Resources at Blue Star Infotech. Mayen holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources from IBS Ahmedabad and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Microbiology from Vellore Institute of Technology.
