Julie Bogart has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Julie started their career as a Bulletin Editor for the National Association for College Admission Counseling, where they edited and laid out the monthly association newsletter and wrote education-related articles. Julie then worked as a Print Media Communications Manager for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Massachusetts Bay, where they oversaw marketing materials and wrote organizational white papers.
Julie later worked as an Editor for My College Guide, where they edited content for a college-bound magazine and wrote articles and briefs. Julie then joined Studio-e as a Strategic Copywriter, where they conceptualized and wrote copy for education-related projects and developed marketing strategies.
At Cramer, Julie served as a Copywriter and Senior Copywriter, developing concepts and writing content for various marketing materials. Julie assisted with planning and content strategy for healthcare clients and internal marketing initiatives.
Currently, Julie works at KHJ Brand Activation as an Associate Creative Director, Copy. In this role, they serve as the associate creative director and copywriter for a variety of healthcare, real-estate, and education-related projects. Julie develops campaign concepts and product names, researches and writes eBooks and white papers, and assists with strategic messaging for clients such as Quest Diagnostics and UMassDartmouth.
Julie Bogart received their BA in English and Creative Writing from Carnegie Mellon University from 1997 to 2001. Following their undergraduate studies, they pursued a MFA in Creative Writing at Emerson College from 2005 to 2007.
