Mina Barsoum is a skilled professional with a strong background in business operations and customer service. Currently serving as a Business Operations Specialist and KYC Team Lead at Khazna since May 2022, Mina previously held various roles at Uber as a Support Partner Representative from February 2018 to May 2022, and as a Sales and Customer Service Representative at Steel Fitness Club from October 2016 to January 2018. Earlier experience includes working as a Customer Service Representative at Raya Holding from November 2014 to February 2015.
