Vlada Mitic has a long and varied work history. In 2002, they began working as a Training Manager and Electronic Warfare Officer for the Serbian Armed Forces. In 2012, they moved to the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Serbia, where they worked as a Strategic Planning Specialist. In 2020, they became a Frontend Web Developer for an unnamed company. In 2021, they joined Kontabilita plus as a Back End Developer, working on projects for an accounting company and its clients. In 2022, they took on two roles simultaneously, becoming a Software Developer for Khaoticen and a Full Stack Developer for an unnamed company. Additionally, they are currently a Research Associate for the Strategic Research Institute.

Vlada Mitic obtained a Bachelor's degree in Electronic warfare from the Military academy in 1998-2002. Vlada then went on to pursue a Master's degree in Military Strategic Studies, General from the same institution from 2011-2014. Finally, they completed their PhD in Strategic management from the Military academy in 2015-2021.
