Tiara Byrd has extensive experience in customer service and administrative roles. Since February 2013, Tiara has worked as a Customer Service Representative at KHAFRA Engineering Consultants, Inc., where responsibilities include managing customer inquiries, dispatching for various work, and maintaining data security. Concurrently, Tiara has been part of the event staff for the Philadelphia Eagles since June 2018, engaging with guests and assisting with ticketing and inquiries. Prior experience includes serving as an Entry Level Clerk at Chester Water Authority from June 2006 to February 2013, where tasks involved handling purchase orders, vendor setup, and supporting the Chief Operating Officer. Tiara Byrd holds a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Sports Management from Centenary University, completed in 2010.
