Jeff Bingaman is the Department Head of Geomatics at KGS Group, a position held since July 2014. Prior to this, Jeff served as a Geomatics Technician 2 at the City of Regina from May 2002 to June 2014, where responsibilities included acting as survey crew chief. Jeff began their career as a survey assistant at Focus Surveys in 2001. Jeff holds a Geomatics Diploma from Saskatchewan Polytechnic (2000-2002) and a Bachelor of Science in Geography from the University of Regina (1994-1998).
