Claudia Guerrero is an accomplished Human Resources Manager with extensive experience in HR processes across various industries, including automotive, retail, and manufacturing. Currently serving at KGPCo since February 2023, Claudia has previously held HR management positions at ResultsCX, Sanko México S.A. DE C.V., and multiple other organizations, focusing on employee services, training, recruitment, and labor relations. With a solid academic background that includes two Master's degrees in Human Resources and Human Resources Development from Universidad Regiomontana S.C., Claudia has consistently demonstrated expertise in managing large employee headcounts and improving HR functions.
