Bob Meekin serves as the Chief People Officer at KGPCo, focusing on culture, leadership, and talent while collaborating with the President and Senior Leadership Team to support aggressive growth strategies. Previous experience includes ownership of CarePatrol in the Twin Cities, where research ensured safe and quality senior care, and consultancy at The Organization Development Center, specializing in mergers and acquisitions, culture creation, and leadership development. Bob held senior HR leadership roles at Liberty Diversified International, GN Store Nord, and Mesaba Airlines, alongside earlier HR positions at BD Medical, Nestle Waters, and Exxon. Educational qualifications include M.S.O.D. from American University, MAIR from the University of Minnesota, and a B.A. in Psychology and Political Science from Saint John's University.
