Tobias Peterson is the CEO of KGK Fastigheter, overseeing the development and management of the KGK Group's real estate assets, which encompass nearly 150,000 m² of offices, industrial, and retail units. Under Tobias Peterson's leadership, KGK Fastigheter focuses on providing well-located premises with modern architecture, emphasizing functionality, sustainability, and technical facilities. Prior to this role, Tobias Peterson served as Director Spain at KGK Fastigheter, managing real estate investment and development activities in the Barcelona area. Previous experience includes positions as Senior Controller, Senior Consultant, and Technical Engineer at CB Richard Ellis in Barcelona, as well as an internship at Catella Property Consulting. Educational background includes a Master’s degree in Real Estate from the University of Reading and a degree in Surveying from KTH Royal Institute of Technology.
