Lucia Phera is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in various HR roles. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at KGK Diamonds Botswana since September 2020, Lucia previously held the same position at KARP IMPEX PTY LTD from 2018 to September 2020. Prior to that, Lucia worked as an Assistant Human Resources Officer at Leo Schachter from November 2016 to March 2018 and served as the Assistant Human Resource Manager at Motiganz Botswana from January 2010 to January 2016. Lucia's educational background includes studies at ABM University College from 2013 to 2014.
