Shawn Gilson has over a decade of experience in property management and real estate, currently serving as General Manager and Senior Property Manager at KG Investment Properties, LLC since October 2013, overseeing a significant Class A and A+ office portfolio in downtown Bellevue. Prior to this role, Shawn worked as a Community Association Manager at WPM SOUTH LLC, managing condominium and homeowner associations, and held a position at Northwestern Mutual focusing on business development and financial planning. Additionally, Shawn has experience as a Real Estate Broker at Keller Williams Realty Spokane and served as an Assistant Planner for the City of Liberty Lake. Education credentials include a Bachelor's Degree in Urban and Regional Planning from Eastern Washington University and an Associate of Arts from the Community Colleges of Spokane.
