Sinaida Thiel serves as the Senior Managerin HR Diversity at KfW since January 2023. Prior to this role, Sinaida Thiel worked at Hessischer Rundfunk from April 2012 to December 2022 as an Expertin für Chancengleichheit. Sinaida Thiel holds a Magistra degree in Amerikanistik und Psychologie from Goethe University Frankfurt, completed between 2000 and 2005, and a Magistra degree in Geschichte from Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin, acquired from 1996 to 2000.
