Jeroen Schaeffer has extensive work experience in various roles related to technology and product management. Jeroen started their career as a Developer at Herlitz Oy in 2004 and later worked at Mercoline GmbH in roles such as Consultant and Senior Consultant in Business Intelligence and SAP. Jeroen also gained experience at KPMG Deutschland as a Senior SAP Analyst and SAP Design Authority. Currently, they hold key leadership positions at KfW, including Abteilungsdirektor Betrieb Cloud und zentrale Funktionen, Chief Product Owner Cloud Operations, and Expert Application and Technology Management Betrieb Cloud und BDAI. Their experience spans over 20 years in the industry.

Jeroen Schaeffer graduated from Berlin University of Applied Sciences Berlin in 2005 with a degree in Diplom-Kaufmann (FH) in the field of Wirtschaftswissenschaften. Additionally, they obtained certifications as a Certified SAFe® 5 Product Owner / Product Manager in 2022 and as a Certified SAFe® 5 Agilist in 2021.
