Prior to this role, Geoff was a Sr. Account Executive at TalentReach from November 2020 to September 2024, specializing in recruiting services for technical talent and sales professionals. Geoff's experience also includes being an Account Executive at AIM Consulting Group from April 2016 to September 2020, recognized as a President's Club winner in 2018 and Echelon Club winner in 2019. Additionally, Geoff held positions such as Manager of Talent Acquisition and Retention at Motorola Mobility and Channel Marketing Manager at Verizon Wireless, beginning in February 2007. Geoff holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Western Washington University.
