Ximena Duque currently serves as Chief People Officer for KFC in the LA&C region since April 2022. Prior to this role, Ximena held several positions at Amcor from August 2011 to March 2022, including Talent Management Director for Latam, Senior Talent Manager for the Americas, Senior HR Manager for Global Shared Services, and HR Manager for Colombia and Ecuador. Ximena's career also includes a tenure as Gerente de Recursos Humanos at Alquería from January 2010 to July 2011. Ximena holds a degree in Comunicacion Social from Universidad de La Sabana (1994-1998) and a specialization in Gerencia de Recursos Humanos from the same institution (2004-2005).
