Tatiana Kojima Cotter serves as the Franchisee Business Leader for Latin America and the Caribbean at Yum! Brands since July 2022, overseeing KFC restaurant operations in the region. Prior to this role, Tatiana held several key positions at KFC Brasil, including Head of Operation and FBM Ops, where responsibilities included managing both company-owned and franchised locations. Tatiana's experience extends to the International Meal Company, where operations were managed for various brands, including international franchises. As COO at Lavazza Espression, Tatiana focused on operational team development and sales strategy. Previous roles also encompass operations at Subway and Spoleto, as well as commercial direction at Vita Derm Inc. Tatiana holds a postgraduate degree in Administration and Physiotherapy from Universidade Cidade de São Paulo.
