Matthew Brooks is an experienced professional with a background in mechanical engineering, holding a Bachelor of Engineering degree from the University of Guelph. Currently serving as the Restaurant Excellence Project Lead at KFC Canada since June 2020, Matthew has previously held the role of Restaurant Technologies Intern at the same company. Additional experience includes positions as a Process Engineering Analyst - Co-op at Canada Post, On Ice Official with the Guelph Hockey Referee Association, and Ride Technician at Canada's Wonderland, where responsibilities included maintenance and repair of amusement park rides. Matthew also contributed as a Summer Camp Counselor and Cook at Camp Ekon and as a Maintenance worker at the Ladies' Golf Club of Toronto.
