Carly Cohen currently serves as the Chief Legal Officer at KFC Canada, a subsidiary of Yum! Brands, since January 2022. Prior to this position, Carly held various roles at Cassels Brock & Blackwell LLP, including Partner and Associate from September 2013 to January 2022, and worked as an Articling Student and Summer Student at the same firm in 2011 and 2012. Carly Cohen earned a JD/Honors BA from Western University, covering both the Faculty of Law and the Faculty of Media, Information and Technoculture, and also completed a J.D. in Law at Esade in 2011.
