Kayla's experience at Deloitte spanned six years in Finance Advisory and Audit roles, where responsibilities encompassed conducting finance diagnostics, enhancing month-end close processes, and managing audit engagements. Early career roles included Accounting Coordinator at AJW Technique, Tax Administrator at Scotia Private Client Group, and Financial Analyst at Bombardier Aerospace. Kayla holds a Graduate Diploma in Chartered Professional Accountancy and a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from Concordia University, complemented by an international exchange experience at the University of Groningen.
