Keith Ramsey possesses extensive experience in cybersecurity and military operations, having held various leadership and technical roles since the mid-1980s. Currently retired, Ramsey previously served as an Information System Security Engineer at KeyW Corporation while also holding significant positions at Raytheon as a Senior Principal Cyber Engineer. Military service includes roles as a Colonel (retired) in the US Army Reserves and Lieutenant Colonel at US Cyber Command, with notable achievements such as Cyber Planner for the Expeditionary Cyber Support Element in Afghanistan. Prior experience includes technology strategy at Microsoft and security consultancy at Avaya, along with leadership roles in computer network operations and information operations within the Army. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point and a Master of Science in Operations Research from Florida Institute of Technology.
