Carolina de Iruarrizaga is a consultant at Keystone AI since September 2023, with prior experience as a Senior Associate at Bain & Company in June to August 2022 and as a Summer Associate in the same firm. Carolina served as an Advisor to the Minister at the Ministry of Education in Chile from December 2019 to June 2021, contributing to public policy design and project management as part of a strategic advisory team. In the role of Impact Evaluation Specialist at the Dirección de Presupuestos (DIPRES) from March 2018 to November 2019, Carolina evaluated government social programs to inform policy and budget decisions. Additionally, Carolina was a Teaching Assistant at Universidad de los Andes for graduate and undergraduate courses in data science, and served as a Research Assistant at the Latinoamerican Center for Economic Policies (CLAPES UC). Carolina holds a Master in Public Administration in International Development from Harvard University, a Master's degree in Economics, and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, complemented by an exchange program at Università Bocconi.
