Will Orr-Ewing has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. In 2007, they founded Keystone Tutors, a prominent private tutoring and educational consultancy company known for its school-facing approach. Will also served as the Founder and Director of Keystone Tutors. Additionally, Will has worked as a School & Education Consultant, Co-Founder and Co-Director of dysTalk, and Marketing Director at Notes from the Underground. Will has also held positions at Hey Day Films and Concept Education Group as a Script Reader and Director, respectively. Currently, they are the Director at Harrow School Enterprises Limited (HSEL) and will co-found Arka Learning in 2023.

Will Orr-Ewing attended Harrow School from 1998 to 2003. Will then went on to study at the University of Oxford from 2003 to 2006, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in History (Modern).
