Charlotte Houldsworth is a seasoned professional with diverse experience in client management and customer success within the travel industry. Currently serving as a Client Manager at Keystone Tutors since March 2023, Charlotte previously held the role of Customer Success Manager at Atom Learning from September 2021 to March 2023. With a strong background in sales and operations, Charlotte contributed as a Sales and Operations Consultant at Original Travel from July 2017 to August 2021, after an internship in sales and operations at the same company in 2016. Earlier experience includes roles as a Front Desk Receptionist at Vacanciel, a Contributing Writer and Translator at Art Media Agency, and various other positions in hospitality and journalism.
