Charlie Atherton is an experienced educator with a diverse background in tutoring and educational consultancy. Currently serving as a tutor at Keystone Tutors and Owl Tutors since September 2022, Charlie specializes in English and History for various key stages and assessments, including KS2, KS3, Common Entrance, and GCSE. As the Director of Future Schools Guidance at The Independent Education Consultants, Charlie provides expert advice to parents on UK independent schools and supports students' preparation for critical assessments. Additionally, Charlie has held significant leadership roles, including Head of Humanities and PSB Leader at Forres Sandle Manor School, overseeing the integration of skills-based pedagogy. Charlie's educational journey includes a Master's degree from the University of Bristol, a QTS from Bath Spa University, and a Bachelor's degree in Ancient History from Newcastle University.
