Janice Kopenhafer currently serves as an Account Coordinator at Keystone Insurers Group since January 2022. Prior to this role, Janice worked as an HR Generalist and Administrative Assistant at CTDI from December 2014 to June 2018, where responsibilities included conducting interviews, maintaining customer relationships, managing payroll through Kronos, and overseeing the employee application process with various screenings. Janice also coordinated job fairs and assisted in internal communication to ensure employee performance met standards. Janice holds an Associate of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from Ivy Tech Community College-North Central.
