Michael Klaips, CSP, has extensive experience in the real estate and finance sectors. Currently the Lancaster Sales Manager at Keystone Custom Homes, a leading homebuilder in Central Pennsylvania recognized for multiple awards, including the "America's Best Builder," Michael has been with the company since 2009. Prior to this role, Michael served as a Senior Business Development Officer and Commercial Loan Officer at Bayview Financial and as Vice President of Sales at All American Commercial Mortgage. Michael began professional career as a Senior Account Manager in Technology Solutions at Acsys, following the completion of a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Psychology from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania.
