Margaret B. is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in software engineering and product development. Currently serving as the Director of Software Engineering at Keysight Technologies since September 2022, Margaret leads R&D initiatives in Software Development Flows, including DevSecOps and Site Reliability Engineering. Prior to this role, Margaret was the Director of Engineering at Woodward, Inc., overseeing the Aerospace Electronics Center of Excellence and managing platform and systems engineering for engine and actuation control systems from January 2016 to August 2022. Margaret's career at Keysight Technologies began in 2000, where, in various positions including R&D Operating Manager, expertise in new product development and engineering management was honed. Earlier experience includes managing campus recruiting initiatives for Agilent Technologies at the University of Colorado at Boulder. Margaret holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from Arizona State University and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder.
