Doug Owens is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer success, project management, and emergency communication solutions. Currently serving as Manager of Customer Success and Project Management at Keysight Technologies, Doug leads teams in both the U.S. and U.K. Previously, roles included Incident Commander at Intrado, overseeing critical support services for public safety, and Implementation Consultant at Tyler Technologies, deploying enterprise records management systems. Doug also held director-level positions in customer success and product development at EDICIA and Adventos Corporation, and has a background in law enforcement as a Deputy Sheriff Detective with the Orange County Sheriff's Office. Doug holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from the University of Central Florida and further education from the Yale School of Management.
