Benedikt Marquardt has worked for four companies in the past decade. In 2011, they began as a Collaborator at CERN. In 2016, they took on the role of Consultant at d-fine GmbH. In 2019, they became Co-founder of IO Propagator. Most recently, in 2022, they began working as a Rust developer at Keyrock.

Benedikt Marquardt received their Master of Science (MSc) in Mathematics from Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin in 2016. Prior to that, they received their Master of Science (MSc) in Physics from RWTH Aachen University in 2014.
